It’s a scam. I placed my visa application more than two weeks before travel. Was informed it would be ready two days prior to our travel date. My first thought it should only take 3 days but will give them benefit of doubt, however that date came and went to be told to expect it less than 8 hours to our travel time. When I contacted them you only get generic AI responses but no help. For over 3 hours the day prior to my trip I was communicating to them the urgency of submitting my application to the government site and they kept saying it’s being processed ready to to be submitted. Only after I said cancel it and I want a refund I finally got an email however it wasn’t even the application it was just a document outlining my travel dates. They then said I was not entitled to a refund because they had submitted it to the government site but when asking for application number you should get they were unable to provide because it was never submitted. I ended up going through a travel agent who was able to submit and provide me the application number within 2 minutes of her submitting and got the visa in less than 4 hours (it did cost a bit but at least got the visa)
I.VISA.COM you should be disgusted in the stress you have cause but I shouldn’t be surprised because your site is a SCAM
